THE NUMBERS BEHIND THE PROFIT

Show the purchase.
Show the sale.
Show what remained.

To judge a property result, you need more than a headline return. You need the capital, the dates, the costs and the money actually received.

What a profit claim needs to show.

01

The buying advantage

The actual purchase price and relevant completed sales at the time. This shows whether the entry was below supported value.

02

The realised proceeds

Sale and transfer records, dates and proceeds received. An advertised price or unsold valuation is not a completed exit.

03

The net result

All capital contributions and material costs, followed by a return calculation you can reproduce. Identify whether the figure is gross, net or equity-based.

The current evidence position.

Capt. Vivek reports a 900% return from personal UAE property transactions over 15 months. Transaction documents and a reconciled calculation have not yet been supplied for verification. The figure remains founder-reported, not verified performance.

Redacted evidence will belong alongside the case it supports, with dates, calculation assumptions and limitations. No client testimonials or transaction proof are presented as verified here.
